Senior Director, Operations Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Operations Finance Business Partner to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for the Operations Team
• Lead the production and analysis of management reports to highlight trends and variances
• Develop and implement the Operations Team financial strategy, including program tracking and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles within healthcare, insurance, or financial services
• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling and translating data into insights
• 5+ years of experience leading budgeting and planning processes
• 5+ years of experience in building high-functioning finance teams
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Financial Analysis is a plus
