• Lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• 8+ years of leadership experience
• 8+ years of program management and/or process design experience
• MBA is a bonus
• Experience in health insurance or management consulting is preferred
