Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payer Contracting and Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic negotiation plans for Payer contracts and renewals
Maintain positive relationships with Payers and Physician Groups
Identify and capitalize on value-based reimbursement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in payer/provider contracting and credentialing
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Experience with various types of contracts for Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Exchange products
Experience with Florida payor contracting and credentialing
