Senior Director PDM Product Strategy Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, PDM Product Strategy Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy and vision into the PDM plan for execution, influencing decision making and strategy
• Direct Process Development and Analytical Development teams to ensure effective progression of pipeline projects and CMC life-cycle planning
• Develop and ensure delivery of process and analytical development activities in alignment with products' core strategy and milestones

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in science, engineering, or technical field with at least 14 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstration of outcome-oriented team leadership in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, quality, CMC regulatory, or process development
