Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partner GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating business priorities into people strategy
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning for a global team, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance development and succession planning across the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 5+ years at the Director level or above
  • Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, or revenue organizations with an understanding of quota cycles and commission structures
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and executive talent management
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology preferred
