Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, People Partner(s) to lead People Business Partners across key functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into integrated people plans that support growth and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead a team providing strategic support for business groups, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
  • Collaborate with People Shared Services and other teams to improve HR processes and employee experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles, including as a senior HR Business Partner
  • Experience leading and developing multi-layered People teams in high-growth environments
  • Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines such as org design, performance management, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to design and scale HR service models in technology or fintech environments
  • Strong data orientation and business acumen, with experience using HR technology and analytics
