Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and challenge Director - VP level leaders on talent, structure, and leadership effectiveness
• Lead org design, workforce planning, and change initiatives in partnership with business leaders
• Coach leaders on talent cultivation and manage complex employee relations situations

Required Qualifications

• Experience advising senior leaders and driving people outcomes aligned to business growth
• Proven track record in leading people programs and change initiatives
• Strong strategic judgment and influencing skills using qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience in high growth or transformation environments
• Experience in complex organizations, ideally $1B+ in size
