- Advise and challenge Director - VP level leaders on talent, structure, and leadership effectiveness
- Lead org design, workforce planning, and change initiatives in partnership with business leaders
- Coach leaders on talent cultivation and manage complex employee relations situations
Required Qualifications
- Experience advising senior leaders and driving people outcomes aligned to business growth
- Proven track record in leading people programs and change initiatives
- Strong strategic judgment and influencing skills using qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience in high growth or transformation environments
- Experience in complex organizations, ideally $1B+ in size
