Senior Director, Portfolio Management

Job Summary

Providing portfolio-level oversight for large-scale enterprise and technology initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Portfolio Management will manage complex portfolios with significant capital spend, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and overseeing executive reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain portfolio governance routines, including capital spend and investment health reviews
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio health, capital spend, and delivery progress
• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals, ensuring adherence to EPMO standards and delivery quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and technology portfolio management or large-scale program execution
• 6+ years of people leadership experience managing project or program managers
• Demonstrated experience managing large portfolios with significant capital spend and executive-level relationships
• Strong understanding of portfolio management practices and financial acumen related to capital planning and investment governance
