Senior Director Precision Medicine Oncology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area Lead - Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute translational and precision medicine strategies for oncology
• Serve as a strategic integrator for stakeholder inputs to enhance the oncology pipeline value through biomarker identification and patient stratification
• Mentor precision medicine scientists and guide the development of integrated biomarker and human data plans

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred MD & PhD with 8+ years of industry and academic experience
• Deep scientific expertise in integrating various data sources for precision medicine
• Experience in translational research and advancing clinical candidates
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements for biomarker development
