Senior Director, Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for enterprise digital workplace solutions, the full-time Senior Director, Product Management will oversee a global product organization focused on enhancing employee productivity and collaboration, working remotely while managing product lifecycle and innovation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise Digital Workplace product vision and strategy in alignment with digital transformation goals
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Digital Workplace products, ensuring development of differentiated offerings and clear value propositions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Digital Workplace solutions, while driving continuous improvement in product performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, or SaaS/Platform-based services
• 6-8+ years of leadership experience managing global teams
• Deep expertise in Digital Workplace domains, including Microsoft 365, Virtual Desktop, and Digital Employee Experience tools
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, experience-led solutions with strong executive-level communication skills
