Senior Director, Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and evolution of the Regis platform, the remote Senior Director, Product Management will manage product strategy, client and advisor experience, and technology roadmap to support ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Regis platform, balancing immediate and long-term goals
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and lead product discovery and solution design
• Manage a prioritized product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while overseeing cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or platform strategy, particularly in UHNW or family office environments
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-system platform initiatives
• Strong experience in product discovery, workflow design, and requirements definition
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
