Senior Director Project Management

Job Summary

Leading the Project Management functions for Health & Life Sciences, the full-time Senior Director Project Management will oversee multiple project management teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client work while managing individual projects and supporting the commercial process, all in a remote capacity based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the Project Management functional strategy, translating business priorities into operational plans and performance measures
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery across teams, ensuring effective management of timelines, scope, budget, and client communications
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues, driving consistent project management practices and financial performance across the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of project management or related experience, including leadership of teams or functions
• Experience managing multiple global project teams is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in project financial management and compliance with industry regulations
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred
