Senior Director, Quote-to-Cash Transformation

Job Summary

Owning the reactivation of a complex multi-year enterprise program, the remote Senior Director, Quote-to-Cash Transformation will drive the modernization of NICE's quote, order, billing, and revenue recognition processes while collaborating with senior Finance, Revenue Operations, and technology leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end reactivation of the Quote-to-Cash transformation program, ensuring disciplined forward motion
• Act as the primary internal business owner and counterpart to external systems integration partners, holding them accountable for scope and outcomes
• Engage key stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Revenue Operations to facilitate clear decision-making and track value realization against critical business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale quote-to-cash, CPQ, billing, or revenue recognition transformations
• Ability to manage a large, complex program without extensive onboarding in the domain
• Experience as a credible counterpart to external systems integration teams and CIO-level technology leadership
• Demonstrated success in restarting or rescuing stalled transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence across various departments and stakeholders
