Senior Director, Rare Disease Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Key Accounts (Rare Disease) - Gene Therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with C-Suite Executives and other key partners within accounts
• Develop and implement cross-portfolio strategic account plans while mentoring other RKALs
• Ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration with various teams including Sales, Medical, and Compliance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience
• Strong preference for background in account management with key accounts
• Experience in gene therapy and treatment center onboarding processes
• Robust analytical and project management skills
• Proven collaborative skills leading cross-functional teams
