Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director R&D to guide a distributed engineering team and oversee multiple project streams for a cloud-based SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed development team, ensuring high performance and collaboration
• Own technical delivery from concept through execution, managing multiple concurrent project streams
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding design decisions and supporting architectural direction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven track record leading distributed development teams across multiple geographies
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud services and hands-on experience with scalable cloud-native solutions
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, RESTful APIs, and modern development patterns
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems or SaaS applications
