Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director & Team Lead, Regulatory Affairs - Advertising & Promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic regulatory leadership and expertise on FDA regulations for promotional materials
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regulatory Affairs professionals
• Oversee the delivery of regulatory services and drive process improvements across workflows

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, law, or related field preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs Advertising & Promotion within pharma or biotech
• Demonstrated expertise in FDA promotional regulations and MLR review processes
• Proven people leadership experience, including team building and performance management
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or consulting environments preferred
