Leading enterprise regulatory initiatives, the full-time Senior Director Regulatory Strategy will advance proactive regulatory strategies and readiness while managing cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of enterprise regulatory strategy aligned with business priorities and compliance objectives
- Establish and lead a regulatory horizon-scanning process to identify emerging regulatory risks and implications
- Provide leadership during regulatory examinations and develop executive-level materials for governance committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of regulatory regimes such as SEC, FINRA, and DOL
- Experience leading regulatory examinations and enterprise compliance initiatives
- Strong strategic judgment with the ability to connect regulatory developments to business operations
