Senior Director Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

In a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Director Revenue Cycle will provide strategic and operational leadership for centralized enrollment, authorization, eligibility, billing, and reimbursement functions, driving organizational transformation and ensuring optimal financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle management operations, developing strategies aligned with financial goals
• Ensure optimal net revenue through effective billing policies, accounts receivable procedures, and denials management
• Direct and implement revenue cycle programs, establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business finance or a related field, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 15+ years of experience in finance or revenue cycle management, including EDI claims processing
• Proven track record of leading organizational change and process transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of billing policies, accounts receivable procedures, and payer contract management
• Experience managing healthcare clearinghouse platforms and EDI transaction management
