Senior Director Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Leading outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle functions, the full-time Senior Director Revenue Cycle will manage performance goals across the revenue cycle continuum, collaborating with various teams to optimize reimbursement and operational performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle performance metrics, including AR days, denials, and cash collections
• Collaborate with finance, managed care, and operations teams to enhance billing integrity and optimize reimbursement processes
• Assess and innovate outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle operations to improve efficiency, compliance, and billing accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of billing operations and analytics related to revenue cycle
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and denial management processes
• Experience with Raintree revenue cycle management is highly preferred
