Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact growth initiatives by defining and executing revenue programs
• Lead the GTM Sales Plays program to ensure effective execution and performance measurement
• Modernize and scale pipeline management and analytics strategy for enhanced reporting and insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in revenue strategy, GTM strategy, or related disciplines
• 8+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of building teams
• Deep expertise in enterprise revenue planning, forecasting, and performance measurement
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
