Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Enablement Strategy & Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for critical Corporate Functions and drive adoption and execution of Enablement Portfolio Management systems and processes
  • Help set and lead strategy for Global Revenue Enablement organization and support VP in defining, articulating, and adjusting strategy
  • Coordinate and run key meetings, establish internal communications strategy, and cultivate relationships with partner organizations

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of proven experience in revenue enablement/operations, sales management/strategy, business operations, strategy, consulting, or equivalent
  • 8+ years experience in an enterprise SaaS environment, particularly in field sales or working closely with revenue generating teams
  • Significant experience in a go-to-market function and designing operational systems of record
  • BA, BS, or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to help set direction and outline key outcomes
