Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a sales compensation strategy tailored to different territory types
  • Manage the annual sales compensation planning process
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize sales compensation plans

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales Ops and/or Sales Compensation
  • Experience with various sales compensation plans, including Cloud consumption and on-prem subscription
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience working with remote sales and business partner teams
