Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, SMB Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the growth of the company's SMB customer segment to achieve key targets
Develop and execute a winning SMB strategy and plan in collaboration with other SMB team members
Consolidate SMB product requirements and build compelling business cases to influence product management prioritization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent
10+ years of experience in the SaaS/Software industry focused on serving SMBs
Diversified mix of experiences in direct sales, indirect sales, and eCommerce preferably to SMBs
Go-to-market leadership experience with accountability to deliver against commercial targets
Exceptional collaboration skills with a strong track record working in a matrixed environment
