Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Software Development Application in Workforce Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Total Rewards, aligned with business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage high performing teams responsible for implementing and supporting Benefits and Compensation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and drive the development and delivery of Total Rewards solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years experience in software development and engineering management
- 10+ years in software application development with expertise in agile methodologies
- 5+ years Domain experience with Human Capital Management
- 5+ years technical responsibility/ownership of a mission critical product/application scaled to large enterprises or consumer base
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields
