Senior Director, Solutions Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture to lead their Solutions Architecture team in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architect Managers to drive customer success and revenue growth
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and establish a robust enablement program for team development

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity with 5+ years in second line management
• Experience in data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities is a plus
