Senior Director Star Ratings

Job Summary

Leading strategy development and execution for Medicare and Managed Medicaid quality programs, the full-time remote Senior Director Star Ratings will manage a team focused on improving Star Ratings performance and quality metrics while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategic plans and processes to enhance quality standards and drive measurable results in Star ratings
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Medicare Star Ratings strategy to attract and retain members and achieve quality bonus payments
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to drive quality improvement initiatives and provide strategic consultation to clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health services, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of experience in Medicare Star Rating quality programs, analytics, or compliance
• 7 years of leadership or people management experience
• Understanding of CMS Star Rating regulatory requirements and technical specifications
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
