Senior Director, Strategic Alliances

Job Summary

As the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances, this full-time position will lead the enterprise relationship with Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing clinical development and operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving value creation and innovation in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise-level point of contact for the global TFS partnership, ensuring cohesive engagement across clinical development and operations
• Act as an enterprise connector, aligning argenx teams with partner capabilities while clarifying intent and priorities
• Co-create a multi-year alliance strategy that links argenx priorities with partner strengths, fostering innovation and growth

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in life sciences, medicine, engineering, business, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, or enterprise strategy roles
• Proven leadership in managing complex, enterprise-critical partnerships across multiple functions and geographies
• Strong understanding of biopharma or life sciences in a highly regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and outcomes without formal authority
