Senior Director, Tax Wealth Expansion

Job Summary

To lead a high-priority growth initiative, the remote Senior Director, Tax Wealth Expansion will develop and execute strategies to convert tax-only clients into comprehensive wealth management clients while managing playbooks, marketing programs, and opportunity management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the tax-to-wealth growth strategy, establishing goals for penetration, conversion, revenue, and AUM
• Partner with Client Development and tax leaders to activate newly acquired tax firms and create onboarding plans
• Own marketing strategies to expand tax-only client relationships and drive engagement programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in growth roles within wealth management, tax advisory, or related professional services
• Deep expertise in growth strategy, marketing, and client development
• Proven success in leading tax-to-wealth or integrated advisory programs
• Strong leadership and project management skills with an analytical mindset
