Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Assistance and Capacity Building.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and adapt training products and curriculum for staff and external partners
Provide technical assistance and capacity strengthening to staff and partners
Support business development efforts and proposal writing

Required Qualifications:

MA in a relevant field with 10 years of professional experience
Experience implementing graduation approach and/or economic inclusion programming
Experience with adult learning and curriculum development
At least 7 years of experience with international NGOs
At least 5 years of experience living and working in a developing country on relevant issues
