Job Summary

Leading the development of next-generation Generative AI platforms, the full-time Senior Director, Technical Program Management will manage a team of technical program managers and drive technology-focused discussions with senior leadership in a remote eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of large-scale data products and platforms, ensuring alignment with critical business goals
• Build and lead a high-performing team of technical program managers to enhance intelligent customer experiences
• Facilitate technology discussions with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for technology-based decisions

Required qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in technical program management
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• Experience in designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• Proven track record of delivering large and complex programs with cross-functional collaboration
• Strong technical background in building scalable platforms and mitigating technical risks
