Senior Director, Technical Training

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and continuous improvement of technical upskilling, the remote Senior Director, Technical Training will manage a national team of instructors, ensuring high-quality, industry-aligned instruction that drives completion and job mobility for alumni and external learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a national technical training strategy aligned with growth and outcomes goals
• Ensure consistent, high-quality instructional delivery across various learning modalities
• Track and analyze certification outcomes to inform program design and instructional adjustments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical training, workforce development, or adult education
• Strong understanding of certification-based training in fields like IT, cybersecurity, and cloud
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience managing distributed teams of instructors, including adjunct faculty
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional practices
