Job Summary

Senior Director, TPA Operations is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing operations and strategy for a high-profile health system partnership, focusing on member services, claims operations, and building executive relationships to drive clinical cost strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead account operations, ensuring operational excellence across Member Services and Claims Operations
• Build executive relationships with stakeholders to enhance credibility and rapport
• Drive clinical cost strategy by partnering with medical management to strategize cost containment and achieve savings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or a related industry
• 5+ years in a leadership role with solid TPA operations experience
• Experience managing hospital systems required
• Proven expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
