Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise - Travel & Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-ARR strategic accounts in the travel and hospitality sectors
• Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to enhance client engagement and product adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and advocate for customer needs within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales, specifically in hospitality or travel
• Proven track record of managing high-ARR account portfolios with measurable retention and expansion outcomes
• Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, omnichannel, and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and B2B marketing technology stacks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
