Senior Director VBC Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of VBC Consolidation & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide VBC financial consolidation and ensure accurate P&L views
• Lead VBC benefit planning and multi-year forecasting aligned with margin commitments
• Serve as the primary finance partner for UnitedHealthcare delegated pricing and maintain governance for VBC financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare finance, FP&A, or value-based care economics
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Deep expertise in value-based care financial models and risk arrangements
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise financial consolidation and planning processes
