Senior Director, Workforce Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of enterprise workforce strategy and AI modernization, the full-time Senior Director, Workforce Strategy will work remotely to align workforce capabilities with business priorities and market trends while driving organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate business priorities and market trends into workforce capability and talent strategies
• Develop frameworks and tools to provide insights on workforce shifts and future skill needs
• Lead AI workforce modernization efforts, including workflow redesign and workforce transition planning

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in workforce strategy or enterprise strategy
• Experience building enterprise frameworks and strategic planning capabilities
• Solid understanding of AI, automation, and the future of work
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across organizations
