Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic program management with senior leadership
• At least 8 years in a leadership role with direct reports
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in consulting, workplace strategy, or project management; or 15 years of relevant experience
• Experience in program management with a focus on workplace initiatives
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
