Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disability Claims Examiner (LTD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned block of 95 to 100 Long-Term Disability claims while providing exceptional customer service
  • Review and interpret medical records and complete financial calculations to support claim decisions
  • Document claim determinations and communicate decisions effectively to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Long Term Disability Claim Management
  • Strong technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills
  • Proficiency with PC-based programs such as Excel and Word
