Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Disability Claims Examiner (LTD).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned block of 95 to 100 Long-Term Disability claims while providing exceptional customer service
- Review and interpret medical records and complete financial calculations to support claim decisions
- Document claim determinations and communicate decisions effectively to customers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Long Term Disability Claim Management
- Strong technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- Proficiency with PC-based programs such as Excel and Word
