Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disability Claims Examiner, Concierge Team (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze information specific to partial disability payments, including paystubs and timesheets
Perform calculations of partial disability payments for Paid Leave, STD, and LTD
Provide technical support and collaborate with the Group Insurance Disability Organization on adjustments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Group Insurance or similar claims
Understanding of partial disability calculations and contractual provisions
Ability to solve complex claim scenarios with guidance
Proficiency in Teams, MS Word, and Excel
