Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance service events
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to prioritize and complete service requests
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and transportation logistics
• Experience in dispatching, service scheduling, or logistics coordination
• Proficiency with dispatch or fleet management systems
• Ability to manage multiple service events in a fast-paced environment
