Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Dispute Correspondence Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze written complaints from borrowers and their representatives
  • Research issues to identify root causes and execute resolution plans
  • Compose detailed responses and maintain comprehensive records for all complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Three (3) years of related work experience in a legal, customer service environment, or residential mortgage services required
  • Professional writing experience in a corporate setting is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Familiarity with regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and FCRA is preferred
