Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Dispute Correspondence Specialist (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze written complaints from borrowers and their representatives
- Research issues to identify root causes and execute resolution plans
- Compose detailed responses and maintain comprehensive records for all complaints
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Three (3) years of related work experience in a legal, customer service environment, or residential mortgage services required
- Professional writing experience in a corporate setting is mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Familiarity with regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and FCRA is preferred
