Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Dispute Specialist will manage Qualified Written Requests and Written Credit Bureau Disputes, reviewing inquiries and complaints from borrowers, conducting research, and providing formal written responses within compliance deadlines.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and analyze incoming written complaints from borrowers, ensuring accurate resolution of disputes
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify root causes of issues and implement effective resolutions
  • Compose detailed narratives summarizing investigation findings and maintain comprehensive records of all complaints
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Three years of related work experience in a legal, customer service, or residential mortgage services environment
  • Professional writing experience in a corporate setting is a minimum requirement
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry-specific software packages preferred
  • Familiarity with regulations related to RESPA, TILA, FCRA, and CFPB is essential
