Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Disputes Operations Associate to oversee complex dispute resolution processes and champion fraud mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end resolution of complex transaction disputes, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify fraud trends and collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex cases and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in disputes, investigations, chargebacks, and banking operations, preferably in FinTech
- Mastery of Regulation E and NACHA rules, with extensive knowledge of Visa card rules and chargeback lifecycles
- Competency in data analysis programs, particularly Excel, to inform decision-making
- Experience collaborating with Risk Analysts to develop controls and mitigate financial loss
- A strategic mindset for improving processes and workflows for scalable results
