Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Disputes QC Specialist to support consumer and business banking dispute quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Create quality dashboards and trend reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Assist in the development and operationalization of dispute quality processes and participate in special projects
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in the finance industry focusing on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes
  • Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements
  • Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
  • Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
  • Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
