Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disputes Senior Specialist to manage complex dispute cases and support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated and complex dispute cases and provide team support
  • Investigate and resolve disputed transactions from credit/debit cardholders and online payment systems
  • Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate actions for disputes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention and disputes management
  • In-depth knowledge of fraud and disputes systems and processes
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends during peak seasons
