Job Summary
A company is looking for a Disputes Senior Specialist to manage complex dispute cases and support the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated and complex dispute cases and provide team support
- Investigate and resolve disputed transactions from credit/debit cardholders and online payment systems
- Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate actions for disputes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention and disputes management
- In-depth knowledge of fraud and disputes systems and processes
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Highly organized with the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends during peak seasons
