Senior Distribution Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Distribution Excellence Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support plant warehouse locations as an expert resource on warehousing issues
• Lead or participate in the development of business process improvements and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage special projects and maintain documentation related to distribution policy and operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of experience and education
• Progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations, particularly in large-scale food distribution
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs
• Experience working with 3PL Warehouse providers and managing performance through Distribution KPIs
• Experience collaborating with various departments to improve service and reduce costs
