Senior Distributions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Distributions Analyst to support the daily operations of batch/bulk processes in accordance with regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, complex batch processes and ensure timely completion
• Oversee the monthly 1099-R audit process and resolve stale-dated checks
• Identify process improvement opportunities and manage project-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement industry experience
• 3+ years of experience with Relius and Salesforce
• 5+ years of experience processing distribution and loan transactions
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
• Financial degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
