Senior Distributions Analyst

Job Summary

Managing complex batch processes, the fully remote Senior Distributions Analyst will oversee high-volume retirement plan processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage high-volume batch processes, including various auto rollovers and annual filings
• Oversee the monthly 1099-R audit process for assigned custodians, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the Process Owner to support development initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, with at least 5 years in processing distributions and related transactions
• 3+ years of experience using Relius and Salesforce, with a preference for processing disbursements across multiple Relius paying agents
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques
