Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. District Sales Manager - Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee district revenue and forecasting, ensuring sales staff meet their forecasts and company guidelines
  • Develop and implement the district business plan, manage the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales team performance and coordinate training while establishing territory quotas
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12+ years of sales experience in the Life Science industry
  • 1-3 years of sales management experience in the Life Science industry
  • Solid understanding of genetics and genomics
  • Experience in capital sales and working in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
