Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. District Sales Manager - Midwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee district revenue and forecasting, ensuring sales staff meet their forecasts and company guidelines
- Develop and implement the district business plan, manage the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales team performance and coordinate training while establishing territory quotas
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of sales experience in the Life Science industry
- 1-3 years of sales management experience in the Life Science industry
- Solid understanding of genetics and genomics
- Experience in capital sales and working in a matrixed environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
