Senior Division Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Division Engineer to lead complex engineering projects and mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert within the engineering function, solving complex engineering problems
• Lead projects for process improvements, including design, coordination, procurement, and implementation
• Prepare, schedule, and monitor assigned engineering projects while ensuring compliance with standards and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) and 8-12 years of experience
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification desired
• Experience in the paper industry is a plus
