Senior Division Order Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst for a 4-5 month contract in Denver, CO, who will manage Division Order activities, including ownership transfers and revenue-related inquiries, while supporting data analysis initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title documents to determine ownership interests
• Process Division Order transactions and verify royalty and ownership percentages for accurate revenue distribution
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve ownership issues and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of Division Order experience in the upstream oil and gas industry
• Strong understanding of Division Order processes and oil and gas accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and managing large datasets
• Experience with industry ERP systems, preferably Enertia
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
